Bring an SRE story. The forum's best threads start with a real incident: what fired, what you tried, what worked. Anonymized stories welcome.
Share a runbook. If you've codified a remediation pattern that works, the community wants to see it. Bonus points for the postmortem that produced it.
File a feature request. Use the roadmap page to see what's in flight, and email product@novaaiops.com with use cases that aren't yet listed. Customer-driven items get prioritized.
Open a PR. The CLI, SDKs, and runbook library are open source on GitHub. Anything from typo fixes to new commands is welcome. We tag good-first-issues for newcomers.
A community Slack and a quarterly virtual meetup are on the roadmap. We're holding off on Slack until the forum has enough cadence to justify a second channel; the goal is a healthy single hub, not a fragmented one.
