Nova is operations infrastructure. Its value scales with your infrastructure, not your headcount. Per-user pricing punishes large SRE teams running modest infra, undercharges small teams running massive infra, and creates an incentive to limit who has access to the ops platform. We meter what scales with value. Operators are a small add-on.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from account settings. Upgrades are prorated. Annual plans are not refunded mid-cycle, but you can switch to monthly going forward. No multi-year lock-in penalties: move down without negotiation.
