Connect Microsoft Teams to push Nova alerts, incident updates, and AI summaries straight into your channels. Setup is a single incoming webhook per channel, so you can route different severities to different places.
In the target Teams channel, open Connectors, add Incoming Webhook, name it, and copy the webhook URL.
In Nova, go to Settings > Integrations, find the Microsoft Teams tile, and click Connect.
Enter the webhook URL for the channel you want Nova to post into.
Pick what gets sent: alerts, incident updates, AI summaries, and deploy notifications.
Send a test to confirm the channel receives it and the formatting looks right.
Create a separate webhook per channel to route by severity, for example SEV-1 to an on-call channel and lower severities to a general one.
