Keep paging in PagerDuty while detection, correlation, and AI investigation happen in Nova. This integration routes Nova incidents to a PagerDuty service and syncs your on-call schedules so the right person is paged.
In PagerDuty, open the target service and add an Events API v2 integration. Copy the Integration Key (routing key).
In Nova, go to Settings > Integrations, find the PagerDuty tile, and click Connect.
Enter the routing key. To sync schedules too, add a PagerDuty API token so Nova can read your on-call rotations.
Decide how Nova severities map to PagerDuty urgencies, so a SEV-1 pages with high urgency and noise stays low.
Trigger a sample incident to confirm it lands in PagerDuty and pages the right person.
